An Introduction of Late Pattayat Saheb Mrutyunjay Pal: Late Pattayat Saheb Mrutyunjay Pal of Pallahara was a substantial part of ex-feudatory state Pallahara. He was the 2nd son of Late Raja Saheb Sarat Chandra Munipal. He took birth in the royal family of Pallahara on 24/11/1928 and expired on 03/07/2011. He has completed his early education from Rajkumar College. He was the most important part of Royal family of Pallahara. Further he was elected to Orissa Legislative Assembly during the second assembly election & represented Pallahara Assembly Constituency as a MLA from 01/04/1957 to 25/02/1961. He was a very good Football player during his young age. He spent most of his youth age in social & especially upliftment of tribal people. He was amiable, kindhearted & friendly person. In other words he was the most popular leader during his tenure. Now in paying him a rich tribute we the ancestors decided to set up the Parisad in the name of Late Pattayat Saheb Mrutyunjay Pal.

(Wife of 5th King) Rani of Pal Lahara from 1778 to1815, died in 1815.

7th Raja of Pal Lahara NANDA PAL
Raja of Pal Lahara 1815/1825, Natural brother of Raja Muni Pal (5th king).
The Raja of Keonjhar laid claim to the gaddi, as he was related by marriage to the daughter of late Rani (6th ruler). However the people opposed the rule of Keonjhar, and made a petition to Col. Gilbert, the then Political Agent of the South-West Frontier, protesting against the interference of Keonjhar. Their petition was successful, and Raja Nanda Pal, was removed in favour of a collateral relative.

9th Raja of Pal Lahara CHAKRADHAR PAL [Chintaman Pal / Patmuni Pal]
Raja of Pal Lahara 1859/1888, born 1831, he was a faithful ally of the British Government, and for the help he provided in suppressing the Bhuiyans of Keonjhar, when they revolted against their Chief in 1867-68, he was granted the title of Raja Bahadur (for personal use only) and later was granted the title of Raja in 1874, which was made hereditary, married and had issue. He died 1888.

10th Raja of Pal Lahara DWITI KRISHNA PAL [Ganeshwar Pal]
Raja of Pal Lahara 1888/1912, born 1884, succeeded 30th August 1888, due to his young age, the state came under the Court of Wards till 1908, when he assumed ruling powers, mismanagement resulted in the state reverting to administration by the Court of Wards in 1911, married and had issue. He died in 1912.

11th Raja of Pal Lahara SARAT CHANDRA MUNI PAL
Raja of Pal Lahara 1913, born 26th November 1903 and succeeded 18th April 1913.
The state continued to be under the management of Court of Wards till 1925 when the new Raja assumed full administrative control.
Married (1st wife) Saubhagyamanjari, Daughter of Raja Saheb Khariar and had issue, three sons and one daughter.
(2nd wife) Manik Prava Devi, daughter of Raja Chandrachuda Mani Harishchandra Jagadev of Surangi, issueless.

(1) Tikayat Sachinanda Pal (ceased to be recognized as a successor of ruler)
Eldest son of 11th Raja of Pal Lahara, born in 1923, educated at Rajkumar College, Raipur, married Kamal Kumari Devi, daughter of Raja Bir Chandra Jadumani Deo Janamuni of Rairakhol.

(2) Rajkumari Ananda Manjari Debi
Fist daughter of 11th Raja of Pal Lahara. Born on 1st November 1924, entered politics in 1951, M.L.A. (Orissa) 1967/1971 and 1977/1980, married Raja Pitambar Bhupati Harichandan Mahapatra, Raj Saheb of Sukinda and had issue, five sons and four daughters. She died 15th October 1999.

(3) Pattayat Saheb Mrutyunjaya Pal (24/11/1928 - 03/07/2011)
Second son of 11th Raja of Pal Lahara, born on 24th November 1928, completed his early education at Rajkumar College, Raipur & Army School Nashik. Enterred politics in 1957 and was elected as M.L.A. of Pallahara. Special interests were playing Football, Shooting, performing art, music and social service; he played a major role in upliftment of Scheduled Tribe people of Pal Lahara. Married Jugal Kishori Devi, daughter of Raja Jagannath Bhupati Harichandan Mahapatra, Raj Saheb of Sukinda and had blessed with five daughters and one son.

(4) Lal Saheb Narayan Prasad Pal
Third son of 11th Raja of Pal Lahara Lal Narayan Prasad Pal married to Rajkumari Sana Jema Labangalata Devi, daughter of Raja Purna Chandra Deo Harishchandra Jagadev of Surangi, and had issue, three sons and two daughters.

(5) Rajkumari Dolendra Manjari Devi
Second daughter of 11th Raja of Pal Lahara married to Kumar Pradyosh Chandra Deb of Scotlandpur, Talcher and had issue, two sons and five daughters.

Padmini Manjari Devi.
First daughter of late Pattayat Saheb Mrutyunjay Pal married to Pradipta Kishore Singh Samant of Khandapara Royal family, mostly known as the successor of world famous astro-scientist Samanta Chandrasekhar (Pathani Samant) and had issue with two sons and a daughter.

Kausalya Devi.
