Where are my fellow extroverts?! 🙋♀️🙋♂️ This twist on the original Homebody sweatshirt is for those who are craving human interaction, but following the rules for the greater good...because we love people! 🌟
Doesn’t it feel like time is flying?! Seems like I’m constantly updating, but I want to keep you in-the-know! Starting today, the shop door is unlocked and you’re welcome to come into the shop like old times! 🎉 We are still keeping our temporary hours on weekdays 10am-4pm and offering delivery/pick-up 4pm-5pm every weekday for those unable or unwilling to venture out. I’m sanitizing surfaces between each customer and between each order I work on. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who has reached out, placed orders, shared posts, shared their items I’ve done, or just checked in on my business & me. Your kind words & gestures are greatly appreciated! Eager to see you all soon! -Elizabeth 🤍

Such fun colors for spring & summer! 😎 @thetoastedtraveler
First of all, THANK YOU for all of your continued business, support and flexibility this past month. Even if you can’t support us financially right now, we appreciate any social media post shares or reviews. Word of mouth is the highest compliment and I love hearing how you found us!
Yesterday, Governor Abbott announced the first phase of reopening the Texas economy starting Friday, May 1st. Here is our plan until Phase Two:
•Beginning Friday, we will expand our hours to 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, but will continue to keep the front door locked. There is a doorbell you can ring and I will meet you outside where we can exchange items. While I am eager to completely open the shop again, I am the only one who can fully run the shop & machines and I want to stay well so I can continue to provide top-notch customer service.
•I will continue to sanitize surfaces that have been touched between each customer (door handle/doorbell).
•I will continue to offer complimentary no-contact delivery & pick-up between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. every weekday. Please contact me by phone or email to take part in this service.
As I’ve said before (because it’s true!), I have the best customers and I miss you all so much! Please stay well and I’ll see you again soon! -Elizabeth 🤍

It’s official: The Embroiderette’s store front will be completely closed to the public until further notice. We were already not allowing people into the shop, but it seems we need to do even more so we can help #stopthespread!
🎉 But don’t despair! 🎉 We are still offering no contact delivery/pick-up between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. every weekday and we can always ship! Call or email me with all your details and I will send a proof! Even though we aren’t able to see each other in person doesn’t mean we can’t get work done! Thank you all for your understanding and continued support during this time! -Elizabeth🤍
Getting lots of custom requests for the Texas caps and Quarantine sweatshirts! Either shop through the link in our profile or contact me directly and we can create your perfect item!
First of all, I want to thank each and every one of you for your support, your concern, your prayers and being such a light in my life on a daily basis. I seriously have the best customers. I hope you're all staying healthy and I can't wait to see your smiling faces when this is all over!
After Governor Abbott's address Tuesday, we will begin our new way of business starting Thursday, April 2nd and lasting through Thursday, April 30th or until further notice. Here are the details:
• Our new reduced hours will be 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. starting Monday, April 6th.
• Beginning today, the door will remain locked, but there will be a doorbell you can ring to get my attention. I will meet you outside so we can visit from 6' apart. I do request that you call or email before you come by so we can discuss fonts, colors, etc. and all you have to do is hand me the items.
• I will continue to offer pick-up and delivery and this will be available between 4 p.m. - 5 p.m. every weekday. Please call or email me to request a pick up or delivery on your porch. I will text to confirm the exchange. As always, prepayment is required before delivering or releasing items.
• I'm very responsive to emails so if you'd like to place an order or request a pick-up/delivery please email or call me ([email protected] // 325.704.4379)
• I will continue to wipe down touched surfaces (e.g. doorbell) between each customer and wash my hands and wipe down work counters between each order.
Stay healthy & happy!
P.S. These Love Where You Live shirts are always available! They’re only $15 and all proceeds go to Keep Abilene Beautiful!

There may be some changes to come due to COVID-19
Dear Embroiderette community,
Here is how I am managing the shop as of now. These plans are subject to change:
• The shop is keeping normal business hours as I still have plenty of production (thanks to y'all!) to do on the machines.
• I am still able to take orders through email or over the phone ([email protected] // 325.704.4379)
• I will continue to wipe down counters and door handles after each customer leaves.
• If you are not able or willing to leave your house at this time and have finished items waiting, let me know and I can deliver those items to you. We have an option to email invoices that can be paid online. As much as I'd love to see your smiling face, I want to be as careful as possible so I'll text you when I've dropped off your item(s).
If you’re looking for more ways to protect yourself and your loved ones, check out the CDC (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html) website.
Thank you so much for sticking with me. I look forward to supporting each other during these challenging times. I appreciate all of you more than I can express! Please stay healthy and happy!

Happy Monday! Yes, we are open! Thankfully we still have orders to fulfill!
We’ve stayed pretty quiet on here about the craziness that is COVID-19, but we also want to let you know how we’re combating the issue in our shop:
•Due to the small, intimate setting of our shop we never have large crowds so we have plenty of time for regular cleanings.
•Our doors, counters and POS system will be disinfected and wiped down regularly.
•As always, we can take orders by email or over the phone ([email protected] // 325.704.4379).
If you’re able to shop small during this time, we greatly appreciate it. Stay healthy and let’s keep this economy going!

This pretty material will be sewn into Valentine’s Day bandanas for two loved pups! 🐶❤️
Roads are clear (at least in town) and we are now open for the day! Machine is playing catch-up! #nomoresnowday #cabinfever
Since there’s ice under the snow, it’s not going to get above freezing and I have no access to a 4-wheel drive vehicle to drive across town to the shop...I guess I’ll admit defeat and close the shop for the rest of the day. We will reopen tomorrow for regular business hours! And we will do our best to stay on schedule, but please be patient as we’ve lost a full day of production! #snowday #staywarm #staysafe
