Hurricane Irma “IRMAGEDDON” was a wake up call for alot of us down here in the lower keys, for me personally it was a sign from GOD... I was put out into the street like 25 days after the storm, had to get my sh*t together, first thing i did was get my shop here in Big Pine Key, FL and make my business name Pirate Graphics legal. It has been a long 8 months since the storm and i have come a long way, as well as being a vinyl sign shop, i also do watercolor paintings, wood burning, make lobster trap wood frames, Artifact Tables, furniture, art wood projects, and upcycle furniture and things. I do all kinds of signs, boat lettering, vehicle lettering, window lettering, magnetic signs, banners, logo design, Etc... I had a sign shop in the Melbourne, Fl area for 20 + years, a graduate of Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale 1990, not just someone who bought a franchise and started making signs i actually have knowledge and skills, i am a one man operation so you get me when you chose Pirate Graphics for your job. I worked with an electrical sign contractor in Melbourne Gulfstream Signs made them look real good as i was doing the artwork Etc... I also worked with the custom bike and car painters airbrush artists, helped them to look better and put out a superior product. I moved from the Melbourne area as i fell in love with the lower keys about 6 years ago, i came here at first to do strictly fine art as the beauty of the keys inspires me to paint again etc... I have recently purchased a permanent tent/spot in the Big Pine Key Flea Market, where i sell my artwork, frames, furniture, small antiques, collectibles, jewelry, keys decorations or whatever i fancy. So come check us out support a local business and “IRMAGEDDON” survivor, i actually stayed in the lower keys for the storm, i didn't run, maybe not the best decision in retrospect, but it has given me a chance to start over yet again. Thanks if you have read this far :) , Sticker Steve Acker/Pirate Graphics
