Hello Consumers! Due to the large amount of ID fraud happening with our facility and non vaild IDs, we now have new restrictions on what is accepted at the time of check in. Please read the list carefully as if you do not have an acceptable form of ID you will be turned away with no payment!

Acceptable forms of ID:
1) Valid State Drivers License (Not Expired)
2) Valid State ID (Not Expired)
3) United States Government Citizen ID (Not Expired)
4) United States Military ID Card with Photo (Active Member)
5) United States Citizenship Certificate with Photo
6) United States Passport (Not Expired)

Per our company policy, we have the right to make these changes at any time. Again we appreciate your cooperation and look forward to seeing you at the next study!
