Here’s to all the furry coworkers keeping us company at our respective home offices.
A client once told us, “You guys do the kind of work that sticks to the roof of your mind.” We liked that.
We do that kind of work by telling the truth. The truth, as you know, can set you free. It can hurt. It can make you laugh. It never fails to make you think, and it always makes you listen. In over three decades of building brands, we’ve always told the truth. Not once did we settle for simply saying what we thought people wanted to hear. That’s talking at them, not with them – and while it sometimes makes a splash, it never makes a difference. You want to build a relationship? You start by telling the truth. That’s when the real fun starts. The Richards Group has a staff of over 700 and annual billings over $1 billion. Creativity is our passion, but we do have another love – independence. With zero absentee owners or outside investors, we’re free to focus solely on our work. Which is good, because there’s a lot of work to focus on: advertising, digital, relationship marketing, retail, brand, business-to-business…there isn’t a form of branding at which The Richards Group doesn’t excel. Truth be told, there isn’t a form your business can overlook.
Here’s to all the furry coworkers keeping us company at our respective home offices.

Stan has always said The Richards Group is a peaceable kingdom. This means everyone here is welcome and important – no matter our age, gender, sexual orientation, race and ethnicity, religious preference, job description, etc. We’d be nothing without the 752 Groupers who bring their diverse backgrounds, interests, and personalities to work every day. So we’re excited to introduce [email protected] – inclusive, employee-led groups offering new opportunities for us to meet, collaborate, celebrate, and have fun.
For many of us, Jason Raguso was the quirky guy in our gym who always had a kombucha in his hand and an off-the-wall yet insightful metaphor on his mind. For those of us who knew him best, he was all that plus so much more: Mentor. Life coach. Brilliant problem-solver. Our charismatic, thoughtful, selfless friend. He helped us grow in ways we never imagined. We are forever grateful that he made us all smarter, better, more peaceable Groupers.

Kelsey is an aerial fitness instructor who picked up the sport because she wanted to find a fitness community that promoted body positivity. What she found was a community focused on female empowerment and a unique approach to strength, endurance, and artistic expression. #GrouperHobbies
