Change

We’ve changed a lot in the past few months, and we promise to keep changing as we move forward. We’ve partnered with Dr. Lauren Tucker of Do What Matters to get started on a comprehensive inclusion plan. We’ve appointed a new Leadership Council with more diverse advisors. And we’ve increased opportunities for open dialogue at every level of the agency. Stay tuned as we continue to work toward fostering a culture that celebrates everyone.

Lauren will help us implement meaningful and measurable diversity, equity, and inclusion programs far beyond the standard industry solutions. This is a necessary step in rebuilding our future – for our community, for the clients we serve and, most importantly, for our employees, present and future.”

Today is Women’s Equality Day and marks 100 years since the adoption of the 19th Amendment. Although the amendment guaranteed and protected only some women’s constitutional right to vote, there have been tireless efforts over the past 100 years to ensure that all women can safely share their voices. Our women-led ally group, [email protected], has compiled a list of resources to commemorate how our founding mothers fought for our representation and sustain their legacy. A small team of Groupers created Justice.Kitchen – a website that lets anyone easily find black-owned restaurants to support in #Dallas, using data in collaboration with D Magazine. Help spread the word. #BlackLivesMatter

Justice Kitchen is a directory of black-owned restaurants that helps you find a place to eat while supporting local black communities.
