I love seeing our clients get massive results from our marketing efforts. Met with a roofing client today who closed over $100k in new business as a direct result of our Adwords campaign. And we aren't even in storm season!!

Adwords is extremely competitive and the CPC's can be astronomical, but when done right, it can yield massive results.

Alleged Fake Online Review Spammers Get Taken to Court | TIME.com

Trying to game Edmund and other review sites with fake reviews? Check out this article. I've seen three articles just like this one over the past week. Review sites are getting serious about people and companies trying to game their system.

Websites that rely on user reviews and ratings often use filters to screen out opinions that are likely to be fraudulent. But the filters can only do so much. This week, Edmunds.

Why I Lost My Faith In Facebook Advertising

Wow...this guy thinks Facebook Advertising is a ponzi scheme.

Facebook advertising can be frustrating, but when you know how to do it right, it can give you massive ROI.

And not just for affiliate marketing. I've run ads for all sorts of small businesses and with most of them, we've had massive success.

If you're not strategic and just through up ads, then of course you're bound to fail. I just think this guy is extremely short sighted.

What are your thoughts on the article? Do you think that Facebook is doomed to fail because their ad platform doesn't produce results?

Long before GM pulled its $10M in advertising from Facebook, I lost my faith in the platform. As an online media buyer for American Apparel, I had cut the majority of my spend each month for the preceding 12 months. From the time that Facebook stopped serving banner ads through [...]

Having bad online reviews can actually be an awesome opportunity to showcase your customer service and professionalism to potential clients!

If you have negative customer comments on review sites, take the time to respond professionally to each review. Thank them for their honest feedback, and tell them the steps you will take to make sure the issue is resolved. Ask them to contact you, and post your phone number and other contact info. Never argue with the reviewer or post an emotional reply. This will just make you look petty and disconnected.

Potential customers will appreciate the fact that you stepped up and are handling the issue. Not responding to reviews makes you look disengaged and not interested in what your customers have to say.

Just following this little tip, will put you light years ahead of most small businesses I talk to!

At a conference and one of the experts said that content marketing's 84% ROI blows everything else away. I guess she's never done any Fabebook Advertising. We average around 2,000% ROI on our FB campaigns. #HumbleBrag

Waiting for an oil change and over heard two people talking about how they choose their home builder. Of course, both of them mentioned how they did extensive research online and picked the builder with the best reviews . This is how people shop today. I wonder if the builders that missed out on these potential buyers even realize that every day they are losing sales because they don't manage or care about their online reputation. This is the silent economy of reputation that most businesses are oblivious to. Intersting to see it play out right in front of me today
