For Love of Kettle - 2016
Last weekend we set up a camera to capture the madness of For Love of Kettle. The time lapse begins shortly before the doors opened. You can see the volunteers finalizing setup before the lights go up and the doors open. Once that happens.... Well, you'll see. Watch the chalkboard. As pieces are purchased the numbers are marked off. You can see just how rapidly the pieces are snatched up! Also, it's important to note that this video only shows half the madness. This is the front half of Kettle and the back half was just as packed. Crazy night!
Two nights ago we hosted a night shoot in Deep Ellum for Dallas Camera Club and for our students. We couldn't have planned a better sky!
Last night at The Bomb Factory we had the distinct pleasure of shooting at The Pin Show. But that's not all! We also are very happy to have contributed to the video art that looped on the screen behind the show. The clip below is a sample of the source material we put together. Here's a little bit of trivia. What are those stars that are floating around? They're headlights and taillights of cars driving around Deep Ellum the night the Toadies played at The Bomb Factory.
