This word. This overused word. It seems it has been the theme of this year, but let's talk about it...
A pivot is only truly a pivot if you are rotating from a grounded point. Meaning, you cannot *accurately* pivot your business unless you have a deep understanding of your brand and your customer.
When you attempt to make a shift without knowing who you are, you risk wasting time (and money). Or, you risk losing who you are altogether.
