Renovation update! The painting of the building is done, our new sign is going up, and our new business cards have arrived!

First stage of the renovations are starting this weekend! Remember, we're still going to be open our normal hours and days during everything. We're excited to see what's done on Monday!

Cooper's Copies and Printing is a fast past company known for its quick turnaround.
Employee will be primarily responsible for providing customer service, consistent with our company standards.
Position Responsibilities:

Must exhibit Easy Sales and Service behaviors in all interactions and communications with customers, associates and management
Ensure the accurate processing of orders
Monitor copy and print center operations; ensuring adherence to all company programs and procedural compliance
Respond and resolve customer requests and concerns
Ensure an inviting environment for the customers by maintaining a neat and clean counter and lobby area.
Adhere to all company policies procedures and safety standards
Perform other related duties as assigned
Build strong relationships with the customer. Provide outstanding customer service
Adaptability: remains calm and reasonable during tense or stressful situations
WAGE REQUIREMENT requested. We will not call back those without.
