FAIRFAX, VA – The President of Boom Marketing detailed the team’s goals for 2016 and her own resolutions for a successful year. She also discussed the company’s ongoing hiring initiative.

“Here at Boom Marketing, we are focused on making 2016 a year to remember,” said Whitney, the firm’s President. “We have our sights set on expansion into major new markets, and we have also set high benchmarks for revenues. This is going to be a record-breaking year for our company and for the dynamic brands we represent.”

An emphasis on goal setting pervades the culture at Boom Marketing. The President explained, “We have always understood the importance of chasing ambitious objectives. Even if things are going well, it’s never a good idea to maintain the status quo. In our competitive industry, doing so is a recipe for irrelevance.”

Whitney has made some simple resolutions that she believes will help make 2016 a breakthrough year for Boom Marketing. She explained, “For one thing, I have committed to making planning a more routine occurrence in 2016. On a weekly basis, we will come together to evaluate progress and make adjustments to our processes and strategies. We will address short-term concerns and plan for long-range contingencies without waiting for something to force our hands.”

The President has also resolved to focus on one important task at a time in 2016, and she is encouraging her team members to do the same. “Multitasking is just asking for trouble,” Whitney added. “All it really does is spread your focus across too many things, which leads to mediocre results across the board. Rather than fall into that trap, we at Boom Marketing are going to direct our efforts to one task at a time throughout the coming year. The people behind the brands we represent will notice the difference.”

Boom Marketing’s President Elaborates on Current Hiring Push

To make their goals for 2016 realistic and achievable, Whitney and the other leaders at Boom Marketing know they need to add talent to their already exceptional team. “We will need more people to help open new locations and reach new customers,” the President noted. “The first quarter of 2016 will see quite a few additions to our group of marketing professionals.”
