There's tons of data out there now to show that people are opening up to travel now.

Our Story

Roche & Associates is a consulting firm offering project management in the tourism/hospitality arena and beyond. Services include advocacy, brand marketing, communications, event planning, marketing & promotion management, and tourism development. We specialize in assisting non-profits, communities, and small businesses find their competitive edge. Roche & Associates recently fulfilled a 2 year contract as the management firm for the Maryland Tourism Coalition, the only statewide trade association that represents all segments of the travel and tourism industry. Wini Roche served as Executive Director of MTC where she successfully lobbied for a Longer Summer for families and small businesses affecting the school year to a post labor day start. Her advocacy efforts resulted in a million dollar increase to the FY 2018 Maryland Tourism Development Board Budget- the fund that promotes the assets of our State. Under Wini’s leadership MTC grew by 36 new members and the association is positioned for growth with a new membership structure and a heightened profile statewide. After a rigorous 25 year career, Wini paused her business plans in 2018 so she could run for office. Now Roche & Associate is poised for the next challenge. How can we help?

This was the moment 4 years ago when I "officially" cut ties with the Glassman administration having created a stand-alone organization to support tourism in the County, Visit Harford, Inc. The Harford County Chamber of Commerce was also very instrumental in the creation of Visit Harford by housing an interim office at the Chamber. It's also when I became happily self-employed❤
