You might say we have quite a reputation for "branding" around town. Since Kisner Communications was birthed in 1991 by owner Mary Beth Blair, the agency has been making heads turn through customer driven marketing strategies that "brand" clients to their customers resulting in success to the bottom line.

Go like and follow Renewed Water Solutions for all of your water treatment needs!

We love this family and we are so excited to watch them serve the residents of Berkeley County through this company!

Hello Facebook!

My name is Scott Rhoe and I'm the Owner and Operator of Renewed Water Solutions!

It is my goal to give the residents of the Eastern Panhandle the best options for their water treatment needs. Having three young daughters, I know the importance of having safe water that tastes amazing to keep my children healthy. With fourteen years of experience in the water industry, I want to use my knowledge and abilities to give you the best choice in taking care of your family’s water solutions.

I am a lifelong resident of Berkeley County. I am a Hedgesville High School and Blue Ridge Community and Technical College graduate.

Through my fourteen-year career in the water treatment industry, I have installed and serviced thousands of water treatment systems right here in the Eastern Panhandle. In addition, I have ten years experience working in public water utilities. My experience provides the knowledge to work with multiple forms of plumbing and electrical in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

I am certified by the West Virginia Bureau of Public Health as a class III water treatment plant operator and back-flow prevention tester and installer. I am also certified to treat and balance public swimming pools. I attend classes and conferences annually to keep up with the ever-changing regulations and technology.

My experience and certifications show my commitment to ensure all families of the Eastern Panhandle are getting the cleanest and safest drinking water possible.

We know this guy! If you are a young person looking to get connected with other young people GenEPH is for you!

Hi, everyone! My name is Robby Blair and I was born and raised in Berkeley County. ⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣
After I got married in 2018, I moved back home to the Eastern Panhandle to work for the family business, Kisner Communications. Since then, my wife and I welcomed our first child into the world which is the main reason I joined the board here at GenEPH. It was important for me to be a part of a group that is focused on moving our community forward with young people in mind. Everyone on the board is committed to this goal for not only us, but for future generations as well! The combination of location and natural beauty makes our home primed for growth and progress, in my eyes. The best part about living here is the unique charm that each town in the panhandle bring's to the mix. My family's personal favorite has to be Harper's Ferry, though... tough to beat those views! ⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣
When we aren't working, my crew can be found tailgating for a Mountaineer game, or searching for a new brewery to enjoy!

Wow! What an honor it has been, for us to have not only done our part in helping the Berkeley County Youth Fair go virtual for 2020, but to also have our very own, MBB host!⁣ 🎉⁣
⁣⁣
For many of us, the youth fair has always been a fun time to ride some fun rides and enjoy some fair food... but for others it is a years worth of hard work paying off. Hundreds of young people in our community work diligently all year with their animals so that they can showcase their hard work at the youth fair. COVID19 has taken away a fair share of great moments and memories in 2020, but we are proud to have been able to help facilitate the opportunity for these young people to show off all of their hard work. Great job, everyone! 👏

No better time than now to plan ahead for all your local adventures that lie ahead!

Check out this fun project that we completed for the Martinsburg-Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce earlier this year, with the help of Jenny DiCola Photography! None of us knew what this year would look like when we started out on this project, but it is clearer now more than ever that our local businesses are a huge part of what makes this community so special. Take some time to support a locally owned business this weekend! #ShopSmall #MartinsburgStrong #WVStrong

The Flywheel Model

The Funnel model for driving sales had a major flaw... it didn't consider the role that the customers play!

HubSpot's Flywheel model is a brilliant structure that is built on the premise of "delighting your customers" at all times. This in return encourages your customers to become brand ambassadors, which leads to more organic growth. It's time for your company to adopt the #Flywheel method! #hubspot #marketingstrategy

For years, companies have structured their business strategies around the funnel, but not anymore. Learn why the funnel is failing companies and how the flywheel model can help your business grow better.

We have loved doing our part on the team that is helping Berkeley County Youth Fair Association go completely online this year, due to the COVID19 Pandemic.

While it is easy to see this year as an unfortunate outlier, we are choosing to see it as a great opportunity to show the next generation how to adapt and make the most out of unfortunate circumstances. Be sure to support these food vendors, and tune-in to the virtual fair, to show your support of all the hard work this year's exhibitors have put in!

"It’s Giving Tuesday and I can’t let this day go by without a shoutout to our Boys and Girls Club! As a board member, I see first hand the impact the club makes on families in our community. The Club has still been able to provide over 30,000 meals during the COVID19 pandemic, despite the doors to the club being closed. Wow... now that’s something to consider investing into on this #GIVINGTUESDAY

While this global pandemic has shown us some of the best in humanity, it has also exposed some of our families' most vital needs. We are fulfilling a need in our community, but we need your help to continue our efforts. Thank you for considering supporting your local Boys and Girls Club" -MBB

It is in times like these that we are reminded of how special the people in our community are. Behind every small business is a family. We are all making tough decisions, both individually and executively for some. Let's work together to share factual information, faith for a brighter tomorrow, and unity as a community.
