Over the past several weeks, I’ve had several of conversations about ad product development & marketing. One issue that came up consistently was who owns product ideation. That is, coming up with a great idea for a new product. My answer is simple: everyone. Everyone that touches your brand: customers, partners, employees, and even your competitors. A great idea can come from anywhere.
