A world renowned building that’s home to some of the most influential tabletop names in the industry, Forty One Madison hosts a bi-annual New York Tabletop Show® in which retailers and industry professionals come together to appraise the latest trends and offerings from first-rate brands.

A impactful identity for the rise of an unparalleled community in Harwood District
Conway+ collaborated with Harwood International team to create a branding system that featured Harwood District as a sought-after, regional destination. Our team redesigned and modernized the iconic logo, created a new color palette, typography, and key messaging to convey the sophistication of the district.

Mizrahi Developments’ website has officially launched to provide potential clients with simple solutions to solve their business goals. The web stands out immediately because of its sleek visuals and dynamic navigation that includes high-quality videos, creating a cinematic, sophisticated user experience. Hand drawn elements and stunning renderings of their world class projects also honor the brand’s portrayal, as well as founder Sam Mizrahi’s story as one of Toronto’s leading entrepreneurs.

Shippan Website is now live!
We were called into action by George Comfort and Sons and Rubenstein to contribute to Shippan Landing rebranding, building upon its identity to create a more invigorating, contemporary approach to its office campus enterprise.
To properly communicate the appeal of being a part of this workplace, we created a fresh website that’s easy to navigate, attractive and visually appealing. We adopted a fun yet restrained color palette in tune with the maritime culture of the site and made sure to illustrate the feeling of going to work everyday at such an unparalleled place with powerful photography and realistic renderings.

Sometimes, all it takes to define a brand is one single element. One of the most challenging aspects of real estate marketing is to brand the experience and character of an entire neighborhood. It means creating interconnected mini-brands for different audiences like residents, guests, businesses, retailers, and hospitality or entertainment. Our Work for 135W50: Elevating the Office Space in Manhattan.
Conway+ partnered with George Comfort & Sons to develop compelling marketing materials to reposition and rebrand this high-performance designed commercial project located in one of the city’s most iconic business districts. With 135W50 undergoing extensive capital improvements to appeal to today’s workforce, our approach included a 360-degree platfrom to launch the brand and create awareness of the incredible re-imagined retail spaces and amenities.

Our multidisciplinary team worked with Sorgente Group of America to develop a comprehensive branding system for 60 White Street, highlighting this project’s standards of architectural preservation and environmental consciousness.
