As I think about the future of #business, #marketing and #technology, I think of the way a successful company will need to be created for the future economy is for it to be created in collaboration with the community it will serve. Most entrepreneurs feel their ideas are so special they can't tell anyone or someone will steal it. It's important to remember that ideas are worthless, it's all about the execution of them. I think if you are worried about someone stealing your idea or competition you have already lost, you have to understand it will come and be ready for it. I remember one of my first clients told me it will take me 10 years before I actually knew what I was doing, today Mass Ideation officially turns 10 years old! I want to thank everyone who ever gave me any time to talk to them about what it is that I am trying to do, which is help make as many great ideas a reality as possible. I first want to thank all of my past and present mentors, I really appreciate anyone taking the time to give me advice, I used all of it. I want to thank anyone who ever trusted me with your money, your project, your crazy timeline lol, as a client, it was awesome to help you reach your goal. I most importantly want to thank the creators and managers that I was able to convince to work with me, most of the time on crazy mission impossible type of projects. If I asked you to work with me on something it was because I thought you were one of the best out there and I thank you for willing to get in the fire with me. See, I told you it wasnt impossible, I was right even when I was wrong haha! I hope I helped you as much as you helped me, I truly thank you. I am really looking forward to the next 10 years I have an even bigger plan and now I finally really know what I am doing haha.

Every few years I look for inspiration by coming back to where it all started for me. My love of #animation took me on a path of understanding new #technology. I have been listening to #waltdisney s biography and he did the same thing. He spent all of his money on advancing his studios quality and betting on himself by using the latest tech even though everyone told him he was wasting money but his vision was greater then theirs and he was right! I guess I need to create my #mickeyMouse next lol.
