Good morning. I feel great, although morning cough was acting up where had to sit up to better clearing of my throat.

*** Breathing Technique:
- Breath in hold & hold for as long as you “comfortably” can (this will bring up the mucus. No need to focus on the mucus, just the holding of the breath “comfortably”)
- Relax, until your ready to
- Breath out as “far” as you can (you’ll hear like a gargling type of sound, but that’s good, for the “breath in hold” did it’s part)
- Finally you can either wait for the flem to com our on it’s own (being that it’s travelled up & out of your lungs, you’ll either automatically cough (that’s when you can “hawk” it out. The hawking of helping the flem out & you then spit it out).

- Another final option is to breath in normally & out as fast & hard as you can... Relax & repeat after well relaxed to repeat.

The above was from research years ago on controlling ones flem from ones lungs. This should help those in need.
